this is the most horrible game, they know there's my winning , they response to ask me to reinstall to clear bugs they can check, after doing that no response is over 3 weeks, the biggest bully, i have evidence of the win im with this game over 2 years, been loyal to the game, i spend thousands of dollars every month, not asking for special treatment just asking to pay what i won this is what you get if you win a big jackpot, no response, don't bother and leave it like that. i will escalate!

There are some glitches in in this game when you ask for help all they do is tell you hope you have better luck they don't help you. There's been glitches where I hid spin and the max comes out and takes all your coins they don't help to replace them.. this is happened several times very hard to build a few coins it takes a long time.
