ITR Chatbot is the official mobile app for authorized staff and agents of IT Resources (Private) Limited and configured business customers. Use it to manage WhatsApp business conversations, respond to customers, and track leads—wherever you work.

• Teams already using the ITR ChatBot platform on the web
• Not a consumer chat app—sign-in and workspace setup are required

GETTING STARTED
1. Install the app
2. Enter your workspace code (provided by your administrator)
3. Sign in with your staff credentials
4. Open Inbox or Leads from the main menu

• Active staff account from your organization
• Internet connection
• Workspace code configured for your company
