FAULT AND REQUEST
• Report and track faults.
• Send requests/suggestions with photos and map coordinates. For example, you can send a photo of a burst pipe you see on the road, along with your location, to the authorities.

SUBSCRIPTION TRANSACTIONS
• Schedule a branch appointment. • Subscribe to your meter reading.
• Update your subscription information.
• Get information about new water subscriptions, name changes, subscriber type changes, termination, subscription suspension, and switching from multiple meters to a single meter / from a single meter to multiple meters. • Cancel your SMS notification subscription.
