F4J Careerz lets you make and receive voice calls with your Service Providers and support team — anytime, even when your phone is locked.

F4J Careerz is a mobile application that serves as a two-way communication platform between youth and Service Providers (SPs). When an SP or the Independent Verification Agent (IVA) calls you, the app rings like a normal phone call with a full-screen incoming-call screen and Accept/Decline buttons — so you never miss an important conversation about your journey into employment.

Service Providers and the IVA can also interact with youth, making the process smoother, more transparent, and more efficient.
