With Hiit Music you can exercise to the beat of your own music. HIIT alternates between short but intense periods of exercise with recovery periods, being one of the most effective trainings to gain resistance and improve fat burning.
Just go to "Music" in the side menu and select what songs from the memory of your device you want to listen for each intensity. It works with multiple files! Like: MP3, OGG, FLAC, AIFF, AAC, WAV, WMA.
You can also change the time settings of this exercice to your own, with an intuitive interface that allows you to change the duration of each period and the number of rounds.
