i was hoping I would like the product that goes with this app,but this app has bugs per my Samsung Fold phone. it will not stay connected to wifi and I dont have and never had had any issues connecting any device to my wifi. it will not let me use the cloud option. it let me pull a photo over once. it won't stay in the allow permission settings. every time you try to download a phone you have to keep going to setting to allow permission. forget about uploading a video good luck with that.

This app need a lot of work, especially for non-chinese speaking people. The keyboard doesn't pop up when the cursor is in a text box. Many of the prompts are not in English. I constantly get the error "Other applications in the same LAN have been opened, please close". Clicking on Instruction Manual brings up a QR code. If I'm on my phone, how can I scan a QR code on my phone. Just put the link in there. Clicking on the pencil and ruler icon cause the program to exit the first time.

Some of the instructions are in a foregn language, much like the "What's New" notification on this site and you can't change that. Would be great if this app could be installed on your pc, a lil hard to work from your phone. With that being said, the app is easy to use for the most part. Could be better, but would not call it bad.
