How can you report an issue on the app?

After installing the app, you need to register/login yourself with social login (Like login with gmail, login with facebook) then you'll see an interface where you have to provide your detailed information. The information will comprise your name, DOB, location, Adhaar number, and Voter ID etc but it is optional and choice dependent upon user. You can raise your issues. You can edit your profile whenever you need it from the profile section. 

The three tabs:

• Raise a complaint: Here, you can share your concerns, which MLA will directly address. Also, you will be able to choose a type of complaint that you want resolved, such as (electricity, water supply, road maintenance) and many more.
• Suggestion Form: Yes, you heard it right! You can also share your suggestions with the MLA. If the MLA of the AAP party finds your request is worth it, the party will work on it as soon as possible.

• All requests: Here, you can see the status of all your requests, such as those that have been solved or are pending.
 
Once your complaints are resolved, or MLA addresses your suggestions, you'll get the notification.

Tweets: On this app, you will see the latest tweets made by MLA regarding specific issues in Punjab and the country.

Videos: There is a video section where you can watch the YouTube videos of the AAP party

If the elected official is fully informed of the local problem, there is an excellent likelihood that it will be resolved. The MLA and the organization are both given credit if the problem is solved. Checking the information in the MLA profile will allow the general public to see how well the MLA handled the issues.
Those in public can support or follow MLA. The public can observe how diligently the government serves the district.
