Please remove the star, I give 0 stars. This app is ridiculous there are so many parts that don't work. I can't view the lease approval part as get some huge error msg. Can't scroll all the way through the income report, it stalls part way on both properties, both ways you can run the report, neither work properly, details in the profile gets overwritten by some dud data entry done by my real estate (maybe not the apps fault directly but still APITA). It has a lot of features but nothing works.

ATTENTION LANDLORDS STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! All repairs engaged through this app will have a hidden 2% fee! They're telling tradies to lie to you about this fee and hide it in their invoice. Also charging a 1.95% transaction fee to your tenants to pay their rent!!! I don't know what fees their charging you as a landlord but this company reeks of scam! Double dipping on any payment possible... I suggest moving to an agency not using this software asap.

This app is clunky. Attachments are impossible to read and finding history of statements and leases is not a simple process. Needs much improvement
