I changed my mobile phone and when I downloaded the app on the new phone, it kept reporting error. I can't log in to my account, can't open a new account, can't do anything. Every time I try to add my number, it takes me out of the app!!!

A horrible experience. Period! During the curfew, I registered an order through the app that contains many items. The date of delivery that was generated by the app was 4 days later, which is perfectly understood, given the circumstances. However, this date was never respected. I received the order after almost a week, with many items missing and with goods that I never ordered included in the shipment. When I complained to the delivery person, he said that I should contact Cozmo. Brilliant!

The app is good and well categorized but there are basic problems that are not allowed to happen with an app with so much effort. You can't delete any item from your cart!!! After a long time filing my cart, I had no time slots available to choose from. Next day I tried again, but this time one item was out of stock. There is no way to delete it from the list and I can't confirm my order. I wasted so much time for nothing!!!
