A horrible experience. Period! During the curfew, I registered an order through the app that contains many items. The date of delivery that was generated by the app was 4 days later, which is perfectly understood, given the circumstances. However, this date was never respected. I received the order after almost a week, with many items missing and with goods that I never ordered included in the shipment. When I complained to the delivery person, he said that I should contact Cozmo. Brilliant!

The app is good and well categorized but there are basic problems that are not allowed to happen with an app with so much effort. You can't delete any item from your cart!!! After a long time filing my cart, I had no time slots available to choose from. Next day I tried again, but this time one item was out of stock. There is no way to delete it from the list and I can't confirm my order. I wasted so much time for nothing!!!

I like their attention to details in shopping, if the item is not found they call you and give you the option of ordering alternative if you want, they sent you an email, in case your mobile is not reachable, you can pay by card on delivery or cash on delivery. I saw a review that you can't remove an item from the cart, but actually you can, by swiping the item you will see a red trash icon, they also stick to the time slot you have chosen for the delivery.
