I had a very disappointing experience with the Jodii app. Before making the payment, I was informed by a customer care executive that the plan included 40 normal calls and unlimited WhatsApp messaging, with no daily limit. I specifically confirmed this before paying. However, after purchasing the plan, I was restricted after accessing only 15 WhatsApp contacts and was later informed that only 20 calls were available. This was completely different from what was explained to me before payment.

I have already recharged my account through the app. Now the app is asking me to make an international call to update and verify my account.If I make an international call for verification, I need to recharge my international calling balance again, which will cost me extra money. I have already paid for the recharge.Why should I pay again just to verify my account? Please provide another way to verify and update my account without requiring an additional international call charge. Please check
