Fraud app. Their sales team told my mother we'd be able to view match photos after paying. We paid, but the photos were still locked. Customer support then said photos are shared only via WhatsApp if the match accepts the request. Even if you don't proceed after seeing the photos, your credit is still lost. Misleading and unfair business practices, especially toward people from modest backgrounds.

I am disappointed with the Jodi application service. They advertise promotions for 3 months, but in reality the benefits reduce very quickly, and after a short period the app asks users to pay again around ₹1500. There is very little customer follow-up, limited profile visibility, and no proper customer support or satisfaction. In my opinion, this application seems more focused on collecting money rather than helping customers seriously. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this app to
