We will report the income and expenditure on the app.
You can check your income and expenses without going back through documents or emails.
You can also switch the display of each owned room with one click.
You can view income and expenditure trends anytime, anywhere on the app.

■Workflow

You can receive confirmation requests from Ontech via message and easily approve or reject them on the app.
By making it easier to communicate information, you can prevent the management company from sharing information, and you can quickly complete document confirmation and approval tasks from anywhere.

Documents such as various statements and quotations will arrive attached to messages from Ontech.
