About this app

◆ What is Chef Note?
Japanese food culture is supported by the experience and skills accumulated by each individual chef.
Chef Note is an app that puts chefs first, recording, sharing, and connecting that accumulated experience to new possibilities.
Behind each dish lies the unique experience of that person.
The ingenuity of preparation, the sense of cooking, a dish born after countless trials.
These daily experiences support Japanese food culture and are passed down to the next generation.
Because of chefs, Japanese food culture is preserved and becomes even richer.
That's why we want to create a world where chefs are more fairly evaluated and can thrive.
The experiences you record day by day will, before you know it, become your own personal treasure.
By making the journey of each individual visible, the possibilities for chefs will expand even further.

◆ What you can do with Chef Note
【Recording】Notebook, Recipe, Board
You can keep your experiences, thoughts, and recipes born in the field right in your own hands.
A notebook for writing notes, a recipe board summarizing ingredients and procedures, and a board for sticky notes of ideas and plans.

You can freely use them according to what you want to record.

For recipes, you can create a draft simply by taking a photo of handwritten notes or by talking about them while preparing ingredients.

You can keep a record even if you don't have time to leave the kitchen and sit at a desk.

[Interaction] Everyone's Kitchen

Cooks can share their thoughts, worries, and daily insights.

It's a place to exchange wisdom and improve each other, transcending genres and regions.

You can also promote your own notes and recipes.

[Challenge] Quests

You can hone your skills while testing your abilities by taking on various challenges.

It will bring out ideas you wouldn't normally use, and you can rediscover the joy of cooking.

[Expression] Profile

Skills, experience, techniques, qualifications, way of thinking, future vision.

By simply selecting aspiration tags and skill cards, the "real you" that cannot be conveyed by titles alone will take shape.

You don't need to write a long self-introduction yourself.

◆ The Future of Chef Note
We will continue to evolve, aiming to create an economic sphere where chefs are the main focus.
• A function to sell notes and recipes
• A system where chefs, restaurants, and producers can meet, centered around chefs
Daily records will one day lead to new encounters and the next career step.
We will create such a future together with all chefs.

◆ What We Aim For
To create a world where every chef can choose their own future throughout their life, based solely on their skills.
To ensure that each chef's skills are properly recognized and properly rewarded.
We believe that this will allow chefs to continue to shine, and ultimately lead to enriching Japan's food culture.
