This is a well rounded app with multiple language translation available (on some content only - not the HUD). [+1 star] The initial issue with names in Western alphabet not being supported was resolved swiftly. [+1 star] The support team always responded promptly and concisely; even though I communicated only in English, their staff was friendly and to the point (in Japanese). [+1 star] I am uninstalling and downrating this app due to an unresolved technical issue. In my 35+ years of coding, this is the only system I have encountered that incorrectly processes email aliases. [-1 star]
