Have no issue with it connecting to the scale I have, however no matter what I do. However when trying to correct my height in the app, it freezes or something and I end up having to close the app. I can adjust my age and other information but not my height. No matter how many times I would wish to be 13 feet 9 inches tall I am in reality only 5 feet 2 inches tall. It's a good thing I don't pay attention to my BMI numbers and only use it to help track my weight.

The scale is fine, but this is the most worthless app I've ever seen. Who in the world does tiny white fonts on a light green screen? The print is nearly invisible. It's not user friendly in anyway at all. You have to guess most of the time ... and that's IF you get the app to work at all. Scale won't pair, weights get rejected all the time. If I could give this a negative number ... it would be a negative 10.

Does not connect to my phone via Bluetooth at all. It never has, over the last ~2 years that I have had my scale and attempted to sync my scale to three different phone models. It seems as though this is a common problem for more people than just myself, going off of how many one-star reviews there are for this one app. Not sure if the developers even read these reviews and work on their issues, at this point, since an error this obstructive should have been resolved ages ago. The one saving grace is that there is an option for manual weight input, but I would much rather have it done faster via automatic Bluetooth fill-in... like the scale advertised it could do from the start, and never has been able to do thus far.
