[Request for Passkey Setting]
To ensure greater security, we have implemented a passkey system for the "Aflac Policyholder App." We apologize for the inconvenience, but please set a passkey when logging in. We plan to make passkey setting mandatory in the future, so we would appreciate it if you could set one now.


1. You can check the details of your insurance policy.
2. You can perform various procedures such as changing your address and phone number, claiming benefits, applying for credit card payments, and changing your credit card.
3. You can apply for a life insurance premium deduction certificate* and a reissue of your insurance policy.
*Applications are only accepted from September to March of the following year.


・You can log in to the app using your login ID and password for the policyholder website "Aflac Yoriso Net." (*)
・After logging in and setting a passkey, you can log in using biometric authentication such as fingerprint or facial recognition.

*If you are not yet registered on the customer-only website, you can register within the app.


This app is linked to the customer-only website on the web, therefore, some functions will be restricted outside of the following times:
Monday 8:00 - 23:30
Tuesday - Saturday 1:00 - 23:30
Sunday 1:00 - 21:00
(However, service will start at 8:00 the day after a public holiday)
