Starting Saturday, November 1, 2025, the "Aflac Policyholder App" will no longer be available for new installation on devices running Android 14 or later. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you continue to use the web browser version of "Aflac Yorisou Net" until the issue is resolved.
In addition, for customers using affected devices who wish to file claims for diagnosis benefit pensions or specific lifestyle-related disease benefits, we ask that you please complete the claim using the documents you received.
We are currently working to enable new installations on devices running Android 14 or later. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


1. You can check the details of your insurance policy.
2. You can perform various procedures, such as changing your address or phone number, claiming partial benefits, applying for credit card payments, or changing your card of choice.
3. You can apply for a life insurance premium deduction certificate* and a reissue of your insurance policy.
*Applications are only available from September to March of the following year.


- You can log in to the app using your login ID and password for the "Aflac Policyholder Site." (*)
- After logging in, you can set up biometric authentication, and thereafter log in using fingerprint, facial recognition, or other biometric authentication.
*If you have not registered for the policyholder site, you can register from within the app.


This app is linked to the policyholder site on the web, so some functions are restricted outside of the following hours.
Monday: 8:00 AM - 11:30 PM
Tuesday-Saturday: 1:00 AM - 11:30 PM
Sunday: 1:00 AM - 9:00 PM
(However, the opening time on the day after a holiday will be 8:00 AM.)
