Ratings and reviews

This app works but very badly. When someone rings I get the notification so late that the visitor pushes the button for a second time, which causes a message on my phone that the unit is in use, so it takes like 3 tries to get them on the door. Is there any way to get this thing to notify me quicker? The app is terrible, I really would have expected a better solution out of a well known vendor like AIPhone.

I've uninstalled multiple times. This app will not work for various reasons each time. Errors messages. Agreeing to license agreement (I've accepted 20 times now). My phone won't ring to notify me someone is at the door half the time even though my settings are all in place. It was fine for 6 months but the past 3 months there is always something wrong. This is frustrating and I hate that my apartment complex switched to this system!!!!!!

Completely useless app. Directions are really confusing. It does not tell you how to build a visitor list, and you can't generate qr codes longer than thirty days. every person in your household seems to have to download this stupid app, taking up unnecessary space on their phones. i'd much rather spend the $15 or however much it is to buy a key fob and just wave that in front of the Box.
