Update 12/8: thanks for the response, but obv support isn't what's needed. However, I will up from 1 to 3 stars bc for the past few weeks it's worked roughly 75% of the time on the 1st/2nd call, which is a HUGE improvement. Video intercom is nice too - overall it's a great concept! The problem is the app itself still needs major work - it now crashes approx. 2-3x/day for no apparent reason, still unintuitive UI, and still just unreliable. Fix those issues and I'll happily update my review.

I've uninstalled multiple times. This app will not work for various reasons each time. Errors messages. Agreeing to license agreement (I've accepted 20 times now). My phone won't ring to notify me someone is at the door half the time even though my settings are all in place. It was fine for 6 months but the past 3 months there is always something wrong. This is frustrating and I hate that my apartment complex switched to this system!!!!!!

One of the worst apps I've ever been forced to use. Would show incoming calls about 50% of the time, and would let you answer them successfully about 10% of that. Now doesn't answer any calls at all, and after a reinstall wont even scan the QR code. On the outside chance someone considering buying a AIPhone intercom system ever sees this -- Do not do it, you will replace it in a month.
