About this app

"PetPASS" is a veterinary clinic pre-registration app that allows you to register for appointments in advance using just your smartphone before going to the animal hospital.

■When registering, please allow emails from the domains [@mail.petpass.benesse.ne.jp] and [@mail.petpass-info.benesse.ne.jp].

■Please check the OS version information of your smartphone.

○You can join the "same-day waiting list" or "make future appointment reservations" from home or while out! (*)

○You will receive a push notification when it's time to come to the clinic, so you can wait wherever you like!

○You can easily plan your schedule because you know the waiting time!

○You will receive notifications from the hospital, such as when your next appointment is due! (*)

○ Keeps a record of your pet's visits, making it useful for managing your pet's health.

3. Search for and issue a patient card for your regular veterinary clinic that uses PetPASS

4. Use the app to register and make reservations from home or while out
