About this app

This is the official one-time password app for internet banking (for individual customers) provided by Chiba Bank.

●What is a one-time password?

A one-time password is a single-use, disposable password. Using one-time passwords enhances security, making your internet banking transactions safer and more secure.


After launching the app, register using the following method.
1. Tap the "One-Time Password Registration" button.
2. Enter the subscriber number and internet banking login password printed on your "Telephone Banking Subscriber Card," then tap the "Log On" button.
3. The phone number provided to your bank will be displayed. Select the password notification number and answer the call.
4. Enter the password (5 digits) provided to you over the phone to complete the registration.
