・Individual customers with a cash card who have registered a Chugin ID.

*If you do not have a cash card, you must apply for one at the counter.
*If you have not yet registered a Chugin ID, you can register through the app. Please have your cash card ready.
*Due to system maintenance, Chugin ID user registration is unavailable from 9:00 PM Sunday to 7:00 AM Monday.
*Even individual customers cannot use this service for business transactions.
