[Answer] Of course it does! Handling NISA is a lot of work, but we believe it's essential for anyone starting to build their assets, and we've been working hard to make tax-free NISA your ally since we first opened. Let's make tax-free NISA your ally.

[Question] Can I invest points?
[Answer] Yes, you can! And we're good at it!

You can earn and accumulate points not only for stocks (Hatchi Stocks, which are fractional shares, and Hatchi Stocks USA, which are US stocks), but also for investment trusts (Mainichi Investment Trusts)! There are three types of points you can use: "d Points," "Ponta Points," and "Eikyufumetsu Points"! You can use as little as 1 point (Eikyufumetsu Points are 200 points), and you can also use them with cash. Registration is easy!

[Question] Are there any of those "one-coin investments" or "buy from just 1 share" things that I've been seeing a lot lately?
[Answer] Daiwa Connect Securities offers trading of fractional shares (starting from 1 share) under the name "Hina Stocks."
During trading hours, you can trade in real time, starting from just 1 share. It's a really fun experience. We accept advance orders, so you can trade anytime, even late at night or on holidays. ←This is important!

[Question] Do you offer the popular "Credit Card Savings" service?
[Answer] Yes! You can make "Credit Card Savings"!
This service is compatible with NISA accounts (savings investment limits), and earns points (perpetual points) based on your monthly savings! ←Please check the eligible credit cards!

[Question] Since this app is friendly to beginners, there's no "margin trading," right?
[Answer] It's been available since the app launched at the end of the year! Until now, Connect only allowed "systematic margin" trading, but in January 2025, in response to popular demand, we began offering "general margin" trading! If you've tried Hina Stocks and are interested, why not give it a try?

[Question] What are the fees like? Are they cheap?
[Answer] We offer an easy-to-understand fee structure that's among the lowest in the industry. You'll also receive a "fee-free coupon" every month! We also offer a "General Credit Preferential Program" that awards additional coupons based on your general credit balance!

[Question] Do you handle IPOs (initial public offerings)?
[Answer] Yes! You can apply for IPOs underwritten by Daiwa Securities. Allocation is by lottery. Your odds of winning are increased depending on your conditions (age, trading details, etc.)!

[Question] How do I deposit funds? Are there any fees?
[Answer] There are three ways to deposit funds into Connect! You can choose the method that best suits your needs! For example...↓↓
・I want to start trading with Connect! → We recommend transferring funds to a dedicated deposit account! If you do so during the day, the funds will be deposited into Connect immediately after completing the procedure.
・I want to trade now! Or, I have a Minna no Bank account! → We recommend quick deposit! You can deposit funds from your Minna no Bank account into Connect in real time, fee-free. (Linking to your Minna no Bank account is required.)
・If you have set up Mainichi Toushuu (Maintenance Trust) or Hina Kabu (Stockholders' Stock) recurring purchases! → We recommend the direct debit service! Funds are automatically deposited into Connect every month, fee-free, so you'll never miss a purchase due to a cash shortage. No need to worry about forgetting to deposit!

What’s new

端末の顔認証や指紋認証でログインが可能となる、「パスキー認証」の設定を、ログイン画面よりできるようになりました。一部のAndroid端末ご利用のお客さまでログインがスムーズにいかないケースがありましたが、今回のアップデートで修正いたしました！

設定後は、ログインの都度認証コードを入力する必要はなくなり、利便性が向上します。（PCサイト（WEBサービス）でスマホの認証機能を既に登録している場合は、同一スマホであれば再登録は不要です）

パスキー設定を行わない場合、メールに届く「認証コード」によるログインとなりますが、2026年5月上旬よりパスキー認証が必須化される予定ですので、今のうちに設定をお願いいたします。
