■Treatment Flow - Daily Schedule
• Morning Check-in: Review yesterday's events and record your physical and mental state in the morning. The app will suggest activities for the day.
• Program Implementation: Complete homework, self-care, and suggested activities during free time.
• Alcohol Consumption Log: Record alcohol consumption as close to real-time as possible.
• Pre-Bedtime Check-out: At the end of the day, review your physical and mental state and the activities you undertook.

• Treatment Program Function: Presents psychosocial treatment content related to alcohol dependence. Patients learn and practice outside of consultation hours.
• Practice Goal Management Function: Sets and manages alcohol consumption goals and practice behavior goals.
• Self-Monitoring Function: Records alcohol consumption, physical condition, etc. The entered information is shared with doctors, etc.
