About this app

You can collectively manage events held at Mitakai in Ishikawa Prefecture!
Free to use, simple UI and easy to use!

■ How to use
It has a very simple UI so that you can use it immediately after installation.
We will briefly introduce each function.

◇ List of communities
"A list of meetings you are participating in will be displayed."

◇ Event list
A list of ongoing events and past events will be displayed at the meeting you are participating in.

◇Attendance
Confirming the attendance of participants is a difficult task for organizers, but it can be obtained all at once using the app.
　If you use chat messages, it is also possible to remind those who are planning to attend to answer their questions.
　Participants can easily respond by clicking the attendance/absence/hold button, and if there is any information they would like to convey to the secretary, they can use the remarks column. Please be assured that the remarks column will not be seen by anyone other than the secretary.

◇ Group chat
You can enjoy group chats where all community participants are participating.
You cannot post photos, videos, etc., but you can share URLs of photo/video sharing sites, etc.

◇Account
"You can keep your information private."
If you make it private, no one, including the secretary, will be able to view information other than your name, so you can use it with confidence.
