This trading tool combines the user-friendliness unique to smartphone apps with a comprehensive suite of services.

[Main Features]
■ Market
- ​​View indicators and exchange rates for various countries in a list and detailed format, and receive timely news updates.
- View detailed information on individual stocks (stock price, charts, news, order book information, credit information) and various rankings.

■ Registered Stocks
Up to 100 individual stocks can be registered. The following services are available for registered stocks:

- View stock prices in a list; clicking on a stock allows you to view detailed information.
- Obtain a list of stocks registered for online trading, or reflect a list of stocks registered in "Stockwalk" in online trading.
[Stock Price Notification]
- This service displays a notification on your device when the stock price reaches a pre-registered condition.

■ Trading
- Trade domestic stocks using spot trading and margin trading services.
- Correct or cancel orders from the order/execution inquiry screen.
*Only trading of unit shares is available.

*The "Margin Trading Service" is an exclusive service for customers of the "Daiwa Direct" course. A separate application for opening a "Margin Trading Service" account is required.

■ Stock Balance
- You can check your domestic stock balance, buying power, open positions in margin trading, and margin requirement ratio.

■ Notifications, etc.
- You can view notifications related to your transactions and information on new products and services.
- You can specify your home screen, the automatic market information update interval, biometric authentication login, and trade execution notifications.

- When using "Kabuwalk," please be sure to check the "Kabuwalk Terms of Use."
- To use "Kabuwalk," you need to open a Daiwa Securities comprehensive securities trading account and log in.
- When logging in, you will need the branch code, account number, and password used when using Daiwa's online trading.
- While "Kabuwalk" is free to use, data communication charges will apply as communication occurs automatically during use.


[Regarding Fees, Charges, and Risks Involved in Transactions]
Investments in products handled by our company may incur prescribed fees and charges depending on the product. (Domestic stock brokerage commissions are a maximum of 1.26500% (including tax) of the transaction value, with a minimum of 2,750 yen (including tax). If you select the Hustle Rate and trade via online trading, the domestic stock brokerage commission is 3,300 yen (including tax) regardless of the number of transactions, for total transaction values ​​up to 3 million yen per day, with an additional 3,300 yen (including tax) added for every 3 million yen thereafter. For investment trusts, various expenses such as sales commissions and trust fees set for each fund apply.)
