About this app

Information on a patient's electronic medication notebook can be obtained electronically even outside of medical institutions and pharmacies. (The patient's electronic medication notebook must have a QR code display function that can be read by e-medicine SCAN.)
The acquired information is temporarily stored in the app, so it can be transferred to the electronic drug history or medical record after the home visit or outpatient visit. In-app storage will be for 7 days. The data will be deleted after the expiration date, so please post before then.

- No registration or internet environment is required, so if you have an installed smartphone, you can receive patient medication information whenever you need it, even without an internet connection.
