ニコニコ生放送のための視聴・ライブ配信アプリです。
コメントやゲーム、画面を演出するギフトなどの機能を通じて、みんなで楽しく放送できます。
無料かつアカウント登録不要で配信や、アニメの一挙放送、プロ野球公式戦などの視聴ができます。


【アプリの特徴】
◆ アカウント登録は不要
どなたでもライブ配信や番組（生放送・タイムシフト）を視聴できます。
アプリのインストール時に自動的にニコニコのアカウントを発行いたしますので、ニコニコアカウントをお持ちでない方でも手軽にご利用いただけます。
※ 既にお持ちのニコニコアカウントでもログイン可能です。

◆ ギフト機能
生放送番組では、応援したい放送者に「ギフト」を贈ることができます。
ギフトを贈ると放送がにぎやかになるだけでなく、放送者のクリエイター奨励スコアに加算されます。
クリエイター奨励スコアは現金やニコニコポイントに交換できます。
※ ギフト機能を使った番組は、プレミアム会員のみが放送することができます。
※ クリエイター奨励スコアを受けとるためには、番組終了後クリエイター奨励プログラムに参加登録をおこなう必要があります。
※ クリエイター奨励スコアを現金に交換するには換金申請が必要です。申請には一定の条件があります。

◆ 放送を盛り上げる、豊富なネタ
映像上のコメント表示に加え、視聴者と放送者が対戦できるゲームや、お絵かき機能・モザイク機能などなど、みんなで放送を盛り上げる多種多様な「ネタ」が利用できます。

◆ 引用機能
動画や他の番組を自分の配信に「引用」し、番組を紹介、実況したり、BGMとして利用したりもできます。

◆ マルチカメラ配信
PCから番組を放送中にこのアプリを起動することで、スマートフォンをサブカメラとして利用できます。
※ プレミアム会員限定の機能です。

◆ キャプチャ配信
スマートフォンの画面をそのまま簡単に配信することができます。
スマートフォンゲームの実況や、SNSを使った雑談放送などを、コメントを見ながら楽しむことができます。
※ 一部の端末や動作中のアプリによって、正常にキャプチャ配信機能が動作しない場合があります。

◆ バーチャルライブ配信
バーチャルライブ配信はVRM（3Dモデル）データを利用して配信できる機能です。
ボイスチェンジャー機能と組み合わせることで様々な3Dキャラクターになりきって配信ができます。
※ THE SEED ONLINE（外部サービス）との連携が必要です。

◆ タイムシフト機能
「タイムシフト」機能により、見逃した生放送番組を放送終了後でも視聴できます。
予約をした番組は、放送終了から1週間後まで視聴することができます
※ プレミアム会員なら予約をしていない番組でもタイムシフト視聴することができます
※ タイムシフト予約の件数は一般会員が10件、プレミアム会員なら30件まで登録できます。

◆ 追っかけ再生
生放送番組の視聴中でも、見逃したシーンに戻って視聴できます。
※ プレミアム会員限定の機能です。

◆ 高画質再生対応・画質の自動画質選択機能
番組（生放送・タイムシフト）を、最大3Mbpsで視聴できます。
また、画質の自動画質選択機能も搭載されているので、通信環境に合わせた最適な画質で視聴できます。
※ 一部の時間帯は、プレミアム会員のみ高画質で視聴可能です。

◆ バックグラウンド再生
アプリがバックグラウンド状態になっても、番組（生放送・タイムシフト）を継続して再生できます。
※ プレミアム会員限定の機能です。

◆ マルチウィンドウ視聴
番組（生放送・タイムシフト）や動画を視聴しながら他のアプリやブラウザの閲覧ができます。
※ プレミアム会員限定の機能です。

◆ 再生速度変更
タイムシフト番組の視聴中・追っかけ再生中に、2.0倍速～0.5倍速まで再生速度を変更して視聴できます。

◆ レジューム再生
タイムシフト番組をどこまで視聴したかをアプリが記憶しますので、あとで続きから視聴できます。

◆ フォロー
お気に入りのユーザーをフォローすると番組開始などの情報を、プッシュ通知でお知らせします。

◆ クルーズ番組
「クルーズ番組」とは、人気の動画や生放送番組など、特定のテーマに沿った動画や番組を巡回する番組です。
巡回するコンテンツはユーザーの投票をもとに選択されますので、視聴しているみんなと一緒に楽しめます。

◆ Gift function
In live programs, you can give a "gift" to the broadcaster you want to support.
Not only does giving a gift make the broadcast lively, it also adds to the broadcaster's creator encouragement score.
Creator incentive scores can be exchanged for cash or Nico Nico points.
* Programs that use the gift function can only be broadcast by premium members.
* In order to receive the Creator Encouragement Score, you need to register to participate in the Creator Encouragement Program after the program ends.
* A cash application is required to exchange the creator incentive score for cash. There are certain conditions for application.

◆ High-quality playback support / automatic image quality selection function
You can watch programs (live broadcast, time shift) at a maximum of 3 Mbps.
It also has an automatic image quality selection function, so you can watch with the optimum image quality according to the communication environment.
* Only premium members can watch in high quality during some hours.

◆ Background playback
Even if the app is in the background, you can continue to play the program (live broadcast / time shift).
* This function is limited to premium members.

◆ Multi-window viewing

◆ Change playback speed
You can change the playback speed from 2.0x to 0.5x while watching or chasing a time-shifted program.

The app remembers how far you watched the time-shifted program, so you can watch it later.

◆ Cruise program
