◎ How to use the app
① Launch the downloaded app "Hiromil - Fatigue Stress Scan" and press the "Measure" button.
(2) Next, check your subjective state (energy, relaxation, amount of activity, motivation, sleep) using the VAS method. Move the circle on the line under the question item (How are you?) to the left or right to tell us about your condition. The left end indicates a state of no energy at all, and the right end indicates a very energetic state. If you move the ○ a little, you will be able to press the "Next" button. Please answer 5 questions in the same way. When you answer the fifth question, a screen will appear where you can enter the time you fell asleep and the time you woke up.
