love this game, but it seems to have a glitch, when I try to get an extra spool I watch an ad but I don't receive the spool, hope you can fix this

It's friendly but prepare yourself for endless annoying ads before installing. The ads are longer than the game itself. I'm going to uninstall it.

I really like this game! It makes me stop and think about how to make my next move. It may be only stacking ropes, but the way they have it set up, and trying to figure out what rope goes where... it's actually pretty exciting, at least to me. Update: I've been playing this game for the past few days now; and I've changed my mind on the game! If I try to get another space to place a rope so I can move the others to where I can move on, it will sometimes change me to the next level! Aggravating!
