・Those opening an account for the first time at Hokkaido Bank (not available for those who already have an ordinary deposit account at our bank)
■Regarding the branch where you would like to open an account
The store where you would like to open an account will be a store near your home or place of work.
■How to use
(1) Install the app
(2) Photograph of identity verification documents (driver's license or My Number card) and face photo, etc.
(3) Input and transmission of customer information
(4) After opening an account, you will receive your cash card in about a week.
*If you apply before or after consecutive holidays such as the year-end and New Year holidays, or if there are any problems with your application, it may take longer than the number of days listed.
