About this app

The North Pacific Bank app is an official app provided by North Pacific Bank.
Daily banking transactions such as balance inquiries, transfers, and transfers can be completed using the app. Transfer fees to Hokuyo Bank are free! You can transact anytime and anywhere without having to visit a bank.

[Main functions]
■Balance inquiry
You can check your latest deposit balance. In addition to ordinary deposits, you can also check the balances of savings deposits, time deposits, foreign currency deposits, investment trusts, and various loans.

■Deposit/withdrawal details inquiry
You can check your savings account and card loan transaction details in real time (up to 10 years' worth).
*You can view your statement from the 1st day of the month 6 months before the month you registered as a Hokuyo ID user.

■Transfer
Transfers between North Pacific Banks and to other banks are available. If you make a transfer from the app, there will be no transfer fee to North Pacific Bank.

■Transfer
Transfers can be made between accounts with the same name registered in Hokuyo ID.

■Card loan
In addition to checking your card loan balance/details, you can also use this service to complete borrowing and repayment procedures.

■Store/ATM search
You can search for the nearest store/ATM from your current location.
You can also check detailed store information.

■Bill payment
You can pay taxes, utility charges, etc.

■Hokuyo-JCB debit cooperation
You can check your Hokuyo-JCB debit transaction details.
*Separately, you will need to register for the member-only web service "MyJCB" provided by JCB Corporation.
