I did finally get through all the cumbersome permissions and downloading the additional app. I now have it working but cannot see the bottom two gauges on the cars head unit. There needs to be a way to resize that data or to remove the other buttons down below so that all the gauges are shown. Come on Honda fix this problem. Look at all the complaints on here of people not being able to get this app to work.

It's got potential... just don't like the way I have to connect via a cable. I bought a car with a wireless charger for a reason, I don't like cables. Surely in the future you're going to get this to run via Bluetooth so I can remove the cable clutter from my car? If this app ran wirelessly I'd give it 4 stars... if it ran without connecting to my phone (just using the onboard computer) I'd give it 10/10. Cable and phone connection make this clunky... its 2021, catch up!

The app works on the phone, but it says on the car screen "could not receive vehicle data". My car has never been hacked or used any 3rd party company such as K tuner or Hondata. I noticed that the google map on the LogR was blank and cannot set a lap location. I tried the Apple version on an iPhone 6splus, it everything works. Fyi, I used both phones with active sim cars.

Thank you for your inquiry. Please check if you installed the "Honda CarService" application. For android users, this app is required to allow the phone to communicate with the Display Audio unit. If the issue persists, please contact our Support Email Address stated at the end of the app description. Kind regards, LogR Support
