"It could've been good." This is a square block puzzle game created to promote a movie for a Japanese cartoon character line. The aesthetics are simple and cute, and the puzzles are friendly for young children, but it's still extremely lacking. Enough has been said about the excessive ads, but what disappoints me is that the puzzles quickly stop being unique. The devs just repeat the same grids without changing anything, which is counterintuitive to training childrens' puzzle solving skills.

It's an easy puzzle game, sometimes overly easy. There are pop-up ads, some will even pop up after I've only played one puzzle in a sitting, which is overkill. There are also ads on the screen when you play. And, there is no way to back up your data for if you get a new phone or need to delete the app for some reason. It's an okay way to kill some time if you don't have anything else to do.

Cute but ads are way too frequent. 1 full length ad every other stage is too much, even for a free version. On top of that, there's also an in-game ad that takes up half the screen. I also disliked that there was an explicit disclaimer that if you don't want to risk receiving inappropriate ads (ie when a child is playing) then you should pay for the upgrade. For a game that appeals to children, if you can't guarantee age-appropriate ads in the free version, then don't offer a free version.
