About this app

The ``Joyo Bank Investment Trust Account Opening App'' is an app that allows you to easily apply for opening an investment trust account without having to visit a branch.

■How to use
1. Download the app
2. Enter customer information
3. Take a photo of your driver's license/personal number card (or notification card)
4. Application completed
5. Account creation will be completed approximately one week after application, and an account opening notification will be sent to you by mail.

■People who can use it
Individual customers who are between the ages of 18 and 74 and have a Joyo Bank savings account, as well as a driver's license and individual number card (or notification card).
*If you have already opened a NISA account with another bank/company, you cannot open a NISA account with this app. Please open an account at a store counter.
*Please check the Joyo Bank website (https://www.joyobank.co.jp) for other terms of use and supported operating environments.

■Notes
・This app is free, but the communication charges incurred when downloading and using it will be borne by the customer.
・Even if the device is compatible with this app, depending on the usage status of the smartphone, this app may not work properly and you may not be able to use it.
- Our bank may contact you by phone regarding the details of your application.
・The Bank may refuse to open an investment trust account based on its comprehensive judgment.
