ご利用のお客さまにはご迷惑をおかけし、誠に申し訳ございませんが、メンテナンス終了後にアプリの再起動をお願いいたします。

JR西日本公式の列車運行情報アプリです。
JR西日本管内の在来線、特急列車および新幹線について、お客様にご登録いただいた路線で複数列車に15分以上の遅れ（京阪神地区の朝ラッシュ時間帯、山陽新幹線及び北陸新幹線は10分以上）が発生または見込まれる場合に運行情報をプッシュ通知でお知らせします。路線・時刻・運転状況のほかに、状況が確認できれば、影響区間、原因、運転見合わせ時の再開見込み時間、振替輸送の実施についてもご確認いただけます。また、一部路線では個別列車の走行位置もご確認いただけます。

■おもな機能（すべて無料）
○運行情報のプッシュ通知
ご登録いただいた路線の運行情報をプッシュ通知でお知らせします。プッシュ通知の「確認する」ボタンをタップすることで、ご登録いただいた路線の運行情報を確認することができ、さらに運行情報の詳細を確認したい場合は、JR西日本列車運行情報サイトに移動し、詳細な情報を確認することもできます。

○列車走行位置表示
マイ路線の「走行位置を確認」をタップすると、個別列車の列車走行位置を表示します。列車が今どこにいるのか、どのくらい遅れているのか、詳細な情報をリアルタイムで確認することができます。
（列車走行位置の対応路線のみ）

○便利な詳細設定が可能
運行情報に応じた3段階の「通知レベル」を設定することができます。また、お客様のライフスタイルに合わせて、「曜日設定」「時間設定」など詳細な通知スケジュールを設定することができます。

○プッシュ通知受信方法選択
プッシュ通知の受信方法をバナー通知／ダイアログ通知から選んでカスタマイズすることができます。

○全路線の運行情報を表示
JR西日本の全路線の運行情報を一覧で表示確認することができます。北陸エリア、近畿エリア、中国エリア、新幹線、特急列車について、エリア単位で遅れ情報の有無をお知らせし、より詳しい運行情報を詳細画面で確認することができます。

In addition to the route, time, and driving status, if you can check the status, you can also check the affected section, the cause, the expected resumption time at the scheduled operation, and the implementation of transfer transportation. You can also check the location of individual trains on some routes.

■ Main functions (all free)
○ Push notification of operation information
We will inform you of the operation information of the registered route by push notification. By tapping the “Confirm” button of the push notification, you can check the operation information of the registered route, and if you want to check the details of the operation information further, go to the JR West train operation information site, You can also check detailed information.

○ Train running position display
Tap “Check driving position” on My route to display the train position of each individual train. Detailed information on where the train is now and how late it is can be checked in real time.
(Only train routes corresponding to the train location )

○ Convenient detailed settings are possible
You can set three levels of “notification level” according to the operation information. You can also set a detailed notification schedule such as “Day of the week” or “Time” according to your lifestyle.

○ Select push notification reception method
You can customize how to receive push notifications from banner notifications / dialog notifications.

○ Displays operation information for all routes
You can check the operation information of all JR West routes. For the Hokuriku area, Kinki area, China area, Shinkansen, and limited express trains, you will be notified of the presence or absence of delay information for each area, and you can check more detailed operation information on the detailed screen.
