・If you do not have an account, please open one using this app.

* When registering your ID, we will authenticate you using your account information and ATM card PIN.

* If you have an account at the same branch as your registered account, you can use the same ID for transactions.

* For some transactions, such as opening an account or making a transfer, registration for Trust Idiom (identity verification service) is required in advance for enhanced security.

* Trust Idiom is an identity verification service that links the identity verification information registered in the portal app and the terminal device.

* If you wish to stop using the service or withdraw your membership, please register for suspension or withdrawal on our bank's website. * This can also be done from a PC, etc.


[Regarding Account Opening Applications]
* Please prepare the following identity verification documents:

Valid driver's license

Driving history certificate

* Limited to documents issued on or after April 1, 2012.

My Number Card
* Account opening will be done via "Smartphone Passbook!" (no physical passbook issued).
