You can check the balance of your Kiyo Bank account, check the details of deposits and withdrawals, settle PayB payment slips, and open a new account.

1. Main function

■ Balance/deposit/withdrawal details inquiry service
Displays the balance and deposit/withdrawal details of the registered account (cash card). If the registered account is a general account, information on the general account time deposit will also be displayed. In addition, if the registered account has a cash card integrated card loan contract, the card loan information will also be displayed. (*excluding Orange Loan)
The deposit/withdrawal statement inquiry period is usually up to 3 months in advance (from the 1st).
If you use the passbook-less account "Smart Passbook." is also available.

■ PayB payment slip settlement service
You can use your smartphone camera to read payment slips with QR codes or barcodes, such as taxes and public utility bills, and make real-time payments from your bank account.

■ Smartphone account opening service
You can apply to open a general account (ordinary savings account) by taking a picture of your driver's license as an identification document. In addition, the account to be opened will be a passbook-less account “Smart Passbook.” No paper passbook will be issued. In addition, we may refuse to open an account based on comprehensive judgment.

2. Who can use

Individuals who have a cash card for a savings account (including a general account) of our bank.
* Internet branch accounts cannot be used.
*Limited to one smartphone per person.
*Proxy cards cannot be used.

■ Balance/deposit/withdrawal details inquiry service
・Use the Kiyo Smart Authentication Service for personal authentication.
・By using this service, you can use the terminal for a certain period of time with authentication in the terminal, but after the expiration date of the token information (automatic authentication), you will need to authenticate again.
・If the passbook is not posted for a certain period of time, the details may be aggregated and displayed.
・Inquiries may take time.
・If the number of inquiry details exceeds a certain number, it may not be possible to inquire.
・If you change the branch, you will need to set up an account again.
・The account that can be registered is an account in the name of the customer, and in addition to the savings account (representative account) registered when using this service for the first time, one additional account can be set as an optional account.

■ PayB payment slip settlement service
・This service uses the PayB payment service developed and operated by Billing System Co., Ltd.
・If the QR code or barcode cannot be read due to dirt or damage on the payment slip, you may not be able to use it.
・Payment slips that have passed the payment (payment) deadline may not be used.
・Payments that exceed the payment limit cannot be made.
・This service is an app service, and you cannot issue a "receipt" or press a "receipt mark". If you need a "receipt", please contact each billing source.
 In addition, please contact each billing party regarding the refund procedure in the unlikely event of double payment.

■ Smartphone account opening service
[About account opening application]
・Passbooks will not be issued for accounts opened with this service. You can check your transaction details using the Balance/Deposit/Withdrawal Statement Inquiry Service.
・Minors will be treated as ordinary deposits.
・You cannot open an account to run a business or apply in the name of a trade name.
・You cannot apply for this service if you are a foreign national, have a middle name, or if you or your family members hold (or have had) important positions in a foreign country. Please apply at our branch office.
・You cannot apply for this service if your tax residence country is outside of Japan.
・We cannot accept driver's licenses that are invalid as identity verification documents, such as expired driver's licenses or incomplete procedures to change address or name.
・This service cannot be used to open an interest-free savings account (settlement deposit) or to open an account using Maruyu.
・Some characters (old kana, old characters, etc.) may not be supported depending on the smartphone you are using. Please note that in some cases, the font printed on the driver's license cannot be used. If you wish to carry out the procedure using the old kana or old characters, please consult with our bank head office or branch.
・If the driver's license taken with the app is not clear, we may ask you to apply again.

[Sending cash cards, seal registration, etc.]
・After completing the procedures for opening an account, you will receive your cash card, seal notification, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the card, etc.) in about 10 days.
・At the time of delivery, the delivery person will verify your identity with an official photo ID (driver's license, etc.). Please note that if we cannot verify your identity due to the circumstances of the company's services or the customer's circumstances, we will not be able to hand it over.
・Please note that if we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to hand over your certificate.
*No one other than the customer (including family members living together) can receive the voucher.

[Regarding the return of seal registration]
For transactions that require a stamp, such as withdrawals at the counter, account transfers, and various applications for post-in services, it is necessary to send a seal. After signing and affixing your seal on the "Seal Notification" that is enclosed when sending the card, etc., please return it to the Bank in the enclosed "Return Envelope", or bring the cash card, seal, and driver's license together to the Bank's head office or branch counter. Please follow the procedure. Shachihata stamps are not allowed.

[Regarding the store where you would like to open an account]
You can open an account at a store near your home or your place of work (or school). The Tokyo branch, Internet branch, and stores exclusively for corporate and business owners cannot be specified.

[Cancellation of account opening]
"Please note that opening an account may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances."
・If you do not receive the item within a certain period of time.
・If you do not consent to the presentation of an “official photo ID (driver’s license, etc.)” and the recording of recorded items when handing over the card, etc.
