“Kiyo Smart App (Kiyo Suma!)” is the official app of Kiyo Bank.
You can check your Kiyo Bank account balance, check deposit and withdrawal details, pay PayB payment slips, and open new accounts.

1. Main features
======================
■Balance/deposit/withdrawal details inquiry service
Displays the balance and deposit/withdrawal details of the registered account. For general accounts, information on general account fixed deposits will also be displayed. Additionally, if your registered account has a contract for a cash card integrated card loan, card loan information will also be displayed. (*Excluding Orange Loan)
The deposit/withdrawal details inquiry period is usually up to 3 months in advance (from the 1st).
When using the passbook-less account "Suma Passbook.", the deposit/withdrawal details inquiry period is up to 121 months in advance (from 1 day), and the memo function and various PDF output functions (transaction details, account number notification) are available. You can also use

■Family monitoring service
The person being watched issues a password to the family member, etc. (person watching) that he or she has designated, and the person watching over the person issues a password.
By completing the registration procedure using this password, you can watch Kiyosuma as a "family account"! teenager
You can check the balance and deposit/withdrawal details of the front account.

■PayB payment slip payment service
You can read payment slips with QR codes or barcodes for taxes, utility fees, etc. with your smartphone camera and make payments in real time from your bank account.

■Smartphone account opening service
You can apply to open a general account (ordinary savings account) by taking a photo of your driver's license as an identification document. The account that will be opened will be a Suma Passbook, a passbook-less account, and a paper passbook will not be issued. Additionally, we may refuse to open an account based on comprehensive judgment.

■Various information, store/ATM search, etc.
In addition to various information and contacts, you can also search for stores and ATMs.

2. Who can use it/Terms of use
========================
Individuals who have a cash card with a savings account (including general account) at the Bank.
*Internet branch accounts cannot be used.
*Use is limited to one smartphone per person.
*A proxy card cannot be used.
However, please note that the terms of use differ for the following services.

■Family monitoring service
Both the person being watched and the person being watched must have accounts registered in the representative account of "Kiyosuma!"

■Smartphone account opening service
・Individuals who are 16 years of age or older and live or work (or attend school) in Wakayama, Osaka, or Nara prefectures.
・For those who are doing business with our bank for the first time (those who do not have a Kiyo Bank general account (ordinary deposit account))
・Those who have a driver's license and the information on the license does not differ from the application information
・Japanese nationals
・Those who have a mobile phone number and email address

4. About usage

5. Points to note regarding each service
======================
■Balance/deposit/withdrawal details inquiry service
・Kiyo Smart Authentication Service will be used for identity authentication.
・You can use this service for a certain period of time by authenticating within your device, but once the token information (automatic authentication) expires, you will need to authenticate again.
・If you have not registered your passbook for a certain period of time, details may be displayed in aggregate.
・If the number of inquiry details exceeds a certain number, you may not be able to make an inquiry.
・Accounts that can be registered must be in the customer's own name, and in addition to the savings account (representative account) that is registered when using this service for the first time, one additional account can be set up as an optional account.

■Family monitoring service
・Please be responsible for notifying the registered account information and password required for registration of the person being watched and the person being watched.
・The password is valid for 24 hours from the date of issue. If your password has expired or you have forgotten it, please issue a new password.
・The details that can be viewed using the "Family Account" include statements from before the date of application for the "Family Watching Service."
- If you wish to cancel your registration for this service, please be sure to have someone who can supervise you cancel your registration for this service.
・Kiyosuma for both the person being watched and the person watching! If you withdraw your membership or cancel your registered account for this service, your registration for this service will be cancelled.

■PayB payment slip payment service
・This service uses the PayB payment service developed and operated by Billing System Co., Ltd.
・If the QR code or barcode cannot be read due to dirt or damage on the payment slip, or if the payment deadline has passed, you may not be able to use the payment slip.
・Payments that exceed the payment limit cannot be made.
-This service is an app service, and it is not possible to issue a "receipt" or press a "receipt stamp". If you need a "receipt", please contact each billing agency.
In the unlikely event that a double payment is made, please contact each billing source regarding refund procedures.

■Smartphone account opening service
[Application for account opening]
・Please check transaction details using the balance/deposit/withdrawal details inquiry service.
・If you are a minor, your deposit will be treated as a "regular deposit."
・You cannot open an account for running a business or apply under a name with a trade name.
・If you are a foreign national, have a middle name, or if you or your family members are (or have been) in important positions in a foreign country, you cannot apply for this service. Please complete the procedures at our bank's main branch counter.
・If your tax residence is outside of Japan, you cannot apply for this service.
・We cannot accept driver's licenses that are invalid as identification documents, such as expired driver's licenses, address/name change procedures, etc.
・You cannot apply for opening a non-interest savings deposit (settlement deposit) or Maruyu account using this service.
・Depending on your smartphone, some characters (old kana, old characters, etc.) may not be supported. Please note that you may not be able to use the font written on your driver's license. If you wish to complete the procedure using old kana or old characters, please contact our branch office.
・If the driver's license taken with the app is not clear, you may be asked to apply again.

[Sending cash cards, seal notifications, etc.]
・After completing the account opening procedure, you will receive your cash card, seal notification, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Card, etc.") within about 10 days.
・When receiving the package, the delivery person will verify your identity using an official photo ID (driver's license, etc.). Please note that if we are unable to verify your identity due to the company's service or customer circumstances, we will not be able to hand over the item to you. (No one other than the recipient (including family members living with the recipient) will be able to receive the item.)

[Return of seal notification]
For transactions that require a seal to be affixed at the counter, a seal must be delivered. Please sign and affix your seal on the "Seal Notification" and return it to our bank in the enclosed "reply envelope," or bring your cash card, seal, and driver's license together and complete the procedure at our main branch office.

[Store where you would like to open an account]
You can open an account at a store near your home or place of work (or school). Tokyo branch, Internet branch, and stores exclusively for corporate/business owners cannot be specified.

[Cancellation of account opening]
Please note that account opening may be canceled due to failure to receive the item sent.
