About this app

MIO is an in-house AI that allows you to directly ask questions about your workplace documents.

■ Answers based only on what's written in the document
Unlike typical AIs, MIO answers based on registered company documents. If something isn't in the document, it honestly states "Not found." The answer includes a degree of certainty, such as "As stated in the document" or "Cannot be definitively determined from the document."

■ You can verify the basis of the answer immediately
The answer includes a source. Clicking the source opens the original document, and the quoted section is marked, allowing you to verify the content yourself.

■ You can attach your own documents
You can attach PDFs, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations immediately to your questions. It can also read tables and graphs. The attached documents are not used for the AI's training.

■ You can choose how the answer is given
You can switch the answer style for each question, from "As stated in the document" to "Consider broader terms." You can choose whether to prioritize accuracy or seek insightful interpretations.

■ Narrow your search scope
You can select which documents to ask about using the tags attached to them.

■ Choose your interviewer
You can ask questions to interviewers (personas) prepared for different purposes. Since each interviewer reads different documents, you can choose someone whose questions are closest to what you want to ask.

■ When you don't know what to ask
After selecting an interviewer, a list of example questions relevant to their documents will appear. You can ask questions with just a tap.

■ Continue from previous conversations
Previous conversations are saved as a history and can be reviewed later. You can also ask questions from where you left off.

■ Extract answers
Answers can be copied entirely using the mark at the end of the speech bubble. They can be used directly for reporting and sharing.

■ Receive workplace announcements
You can receive announcements from management and replies to inquiries through the app. You can also send inquiries from the app.

■ For those belonging to multiple workplaces
If you belong to multiple organizations, you can switch between them within the app.

To use this app, you will need an organizational ID provided by your workplace and identity verification via SMS. If you do not have an organizational ID, you will not be able to use this app. If you have any questions, please contact your company's representative.

The information you enter will not be used for AI training.
