The "110 number app" (hereinafter referred to as "licensed application") provided to customers is licensed for use and not sold. The license to use the licensed application obtained by the customer is conditioned on the prior agreement to the terms of use regarding this application license (hereinafter referred to as "this license agreement"). You agree that the terms and conditions apply. The license to use the Licensed Application under this License Agreement is granted to you by Hitachi, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Licensor"). We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in this License Agreement.
Scope of license
You are permitted to copy one copy of this Application onto a device that can run Android OS (hereinafter referred to as the "Device") for which you have legitimate usage rights, and to use this Application on that Device. This License Agreement does not permit you to use the Licensed Application on any device that you do not own or control, and you agree not to distribute the Licensed Application or to use the Licensed Application at the same time, except as otherwise provided. You may not make a Licensed Application available over a network where it can be used by multiple devices. You may not rent, lease, loan, sell, transfer, redistribute or sublicense the Licensed Application, and you may not reproduce (under this License Agreement) the Licensed Application, any upgrades thereof, or any portion thereof. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code, modify, or create derivative works (except as expressly permitted in these Usage Rules). Details regarding the use (including personal information) and handling of data obtained through customer emergency calls shall be in accordance with the privacy policies of the competent police headquarters and National Police Agency.
Cancellation
This License Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically, without notice from Licensor, if you breach any of the terms of this License. Upon termination of this License Agreement, you must cease all use of the Licensed Application and destroy all copies of the Licensed Application, in whole or in part. All disputes regarding this Agreement shall be handled only by the Tokyo District Court.
