About this app

・If you have an elevator contract for smartphone service, you can use this app to “call” the elevator and “designate the destination floor” from your smartphone.

Mitsubishi elevator cooperation app compatible environment:
*In order to enable "elevator registration", "elevator calling", and "hands-free operation",
Collect location information even when the app is closed or not in use.
For this reason, permission is required regarding the location information authority. Also, battery life may be shortened.

*For Android 12 (or later), you need to allow permission for nearby devices.
*If you allow the use of the AccessibilityService API, the reading of screen items and focus using the TalkBack function will be optimized.
Please note that when using the AccessibilityService API, we do not collect, use, or share users' personal information or confidential information.
The settings for whether or not to use the AccessibilityService API can be changed from the settings function within this app.
*Operation is not guaranteed for devices without GPS or devices connected only via Wi-Fi.
