About this app

Time-R Attendance Management is a business application for Android tablets that records attendance at the workplace using IC cards and NFC card readers. It supports BLE-connected NFC card readers, allowing for clocking in and out simply by holding the IC card over the reader. For staff who don't use cards, manual clocking in and out is also possible from the staff list.

■ IC Card Clocking
By linking with a BLE-connected NFC card reader, clocking in, clocking out, break start, and break end are recorded by holding the IC card (FeliCa/MIFARE) over the reader. You can switch between "Automatic Clocking (Automatically Determines Type)" and "Manual Clocking (Select Type)" for each staff member.

■ Manual Clocking from Staff List
You can select the target by name or number from the staff list, and then select the clocking type to record. This supports situations where an IC card is forgotten or where a card reader is not used. It includes alphabetical filtering and number search.

■ Facial Photo Capture
When the camera is enabled, a facial photo is automatically taken during clocking in and sent to the server for verification.


■ GPS Location Recording
When location information is enabled, the latitude and longitude at the time of clocking in are sent to the server to record the clock-in location. It also supports specifying times for direct arrival (arriving outside the office) and direct departure (leaving outside the office).

■ Survey Function
Surveys can be displayed before or after clocking in, including single-choice, multiple-choice, text input, and alcohol test results. Necessary information can be collected for each business location.

■ Notification Display
Notifications for the entire business location and individual staff members are retrieved from the server and displayed.

■ In-App Update Notifications
When a new version is released on Google Play, an update notification will be displayed within the app.

* Initial setup code (QR code or manual entry; received from the business administrator)
* BLE-connected NFC card reader (if using IC card time stamping function)
* IC card (FeliCa / MIFARE; registered for each staff member)

[Usage Notes]

This application is a business application for businesses. It is not an application for general users to use personally. A Time-R attendance management system contract is required to use this application.

Time stamping data, IC card ID, facial image (when using the camera function), location information (when using the location information function), and survey responses will be sent to the server. Please check the privacy policy below regarding data handling.
