About this app

★★Important Notes When Using Smartphones and Access Points on the 2.4GHz Band★★
The 2.4GHz band is a radio frequency band shared by various devices.
Therefore, communication delays and interruptions may occur due to interference from devices using the same frequency band.
Please conduct a prior investigation of your wireless environment and adjust the wireless channel allocation and access point placement before use.

This product is an application for using the intercom function on smartphones with business phone systems provided by Hitachi Information & Communication Engineering Co., Ltd. and Nakayo Co., Ltd.

■Features
The following services are available from smartphones in a business phone system environment:

・Information transmission through simultaneous conversations with multiple people is possible in participatory intercom mode.

・External call outgoing, general internal call incoming, and nurse call incoming are possible.

・Anywhere phone service is available, enabling outgoing and incoming calls in mobile environments (4G/LTE, 5G).

・Basic settings for this application (ET-INCOMAPA) can be configured by reading the QR code created with the data setting application (ET-DSETAP-Xi).

* Even when your smartphone is connected to Wi-Fi, you can use the "Anywhere Phone" function using a mobile environment (4G/LTE, 5G).

* Bluetooth® 5.0 or higher

* Supported Profile: HFP

* Required Function: Microphone mute function

* When using this product, a separate business phone system environment capable of running the intercom application is required.

* This application (ET-INCOMAPA) supports push notification functionality for incoming calls. Please check with your retailer for details.

* Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries regarding use in environments other than those specified. * This product is designed for use in a wireless IP phone system environment. Depending on your smartphone and network environment, it may not provide the desired sound quality. Please be aware of this beforehand.

* Before installation, please be sure to check the operation, call quality, and incoming call notification sound of the Bluetooth® headset device. Even if the recommended conditions are met, it may not function correctly. Please be aware of this beforehand.
