Integrates with various cloud services and on-premise systems to enable secure use of email/schedule/address book (business card management)/telephone/CRM/SFA/file storage/various web applications.
[Unique Functions that Do Not Require Integration]
OPTiM Biz Secure Sync comes standard with a hierarchical display telephone book/business chat as a unique function that does not require integration with other services.
[File Display]
Office files can be displayed using OPTiM Biz Secure Sync's unique document viewer function, which converts them to PDF for sanitization and reduces display distortion. Furthermore, password-protected Zip files, 7-Zip files, and Office files with directly assigned passwords can be displayed after removing the password.
[Incoming Call Display]
Even if the contact is not registered in the terminal's local phonebook, the caller can be displayed by referencing the phonebook service within OPTiM Biz Secure Sync. In addition, the displayed company name and name of the caller will not be recorded in the terminal's local call history.
[Secure Browser]
Supports the display of various web applications. Single sign-on can be applied during login, and it also supports WindowOpen with parent-child relationships.
▼Core Functions
[Whitelist/Blacklist]
This function determines the installation status of specific applications on the terminal and restricts the use of the OPTiM Biz Secure Sync application.
Upon login, the system receives a whitelist and blacklist from the server and compares them to the list of apps installed on the device. If an app is on the blacklist, the user is logged out if it's installed; if it's on the whitelist, the user is logged out if the app is not installed.
This function uses the QUARY_ALLPACKAGE permission.
[Block Unknown Phone Numbers]
This function blocks incoming calls from phone numbers not registered in the app's phonebook.
This function uses the READ_CALL_LOG permission.
