About this app

Scout Progression Management is a digital app for managing Boy Scout and Venture Scout progress details. It reduces the need for paper and verbal communication, allowing leaders and scouts to share the same progress information.

■ Recommended for: • Boy Scout and Venture Scout leaders (group leaders, troop leaders, etc.) • Current scouts themselves

* Only members registered by their troop leader can use this app.


■ Features for Leaders
* View a list of scouts in your troop and check their progress.
* Approve/cancel advancement details, reject applications.
* Record advancement dates and acquisition dates, advancement to the next chapter.
* Register new scouts, leave/rejoin the troop, advancement to Venture/Rover troops.
* Manage progress and activity participation records.
* Check advancement order and prerequisites according to educational regulations (time requirements, etc.).

* Check progress on current advancement badges and chapters being pursued.
* Apply for/cancel detailed advancement badges.
* Track progress and apply for skill badges (84 types).
* Understand the overall picture with the advancement roadmap.

■ Other
* Log in with email address and password. • Data is synchronized in real time (if communication is interrupted, it is saved to the device and reflected after connection is restored) • After leaving the troop or advancing to Rover level, only progress can be viewed (account deletion is also possible if necessary) • Password can be changed

■ Regarding Use This app is operated by the Boy Scout troop and is not an official app provided by the Boy Scouts of Japan. Account registration by your troop is required to use this app. For minor scouts, registration will be done by a leader with parental consent.
