■ If you make a reservation and make a payment with the app, you can use the service with just a smartphone without the need for a key!
If you reserve the facilities and equipment that can be used from the app and make a payment in advance, you will receive a smart gate unlock button.
You can use the service simply by holding it near the "Portero Switch" installed in the reserved parking lot or equipment such as a power outlet and pressing the release button.

■ It is a non-contact type service
"Portero Switch", a smart gate control device developed by us, is installed in the facilities and equipment reserved by the app.
When you make a reservation and make a payment in advance, a smart gate release button will be issued.
On the day of use, if you press the release button of your smartphone toward the "Portero Switch" locally, you will be able to use the facilities and equipment immediately.
You can use the service in a non-contact and non-face-to-face manner without the need to exchange documents such as key delivery and usage application!

■ The facilities and equipment that can be used are currently expanding to various parts of Japan.

In response to these needs, we are currently expanding the facilities and equipment that can use the Portero service, centering on parking lots where you can stay in the car.
In the future, we plan to propose Porutero switches to various facilities and equipment all over Japan and provide many scenes where Porutero services can be used!

This application does not require running costs such as installation costs and monthly usage fees.
Payment will be made when you make a reservation for facilities and equipment from the app and pay the usage fee in advance by credit card.
