Edit for 2024 I was able to finally get them to work some of the time, but I had to manually update the firmware on the headset. Now it will sometimes work, maybe 50% of the time. Not worth the 400$ price tag. 2021: Doesn't work. Bluetooth only connects about 1 in 10 attempts and it will disconnect randomly every ~5 minutes. It's literally unusable which is a damn shame for a 400$ pair of headphones.

Unusable due to the frequency of disconnection. It will work for a while and then refuse to connect even when removing all pairings and restarting devices, the error will typically be "wrong device", if it disconnects while in use it says "Disconnected" followed by "Wrong device". It should also be noted that the instructions for use in the app are woeful, for example to use the effects it says see the owners manual, this is in the owners manual, there is no further information.

As others have said the apps functionality leaves alot to be desired. I'm using android and yes lost connection due to the blue tooth however, even had app telling me the connection was lost while I was playing and had audio connection. What was more frustrating for me was the effects (which are very good for this type of format) would lag , lock up or showed they were active on the app but clearly not the tone in the headset. Will try again tomorrow will probably have to return it.
