・Open, purchase, and cancel mutual fund and NISA accounts, and check investment profits/losses and trading history

*If you do not have a cash card, you will need to apply for one at a counter.

●Service Hours

In principle, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
(However, transfers to other banks are available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekends and holidays.)
*1 You can view statements from 70 days prior to the date of your Ryugin ID user registration.
*2 The transfer limit can be increased up to 1 million yen. Even without increasing the limit, you can make one large transfer per day (up to 3 million yen).
*3 There is a daily limit for each transaction.
[Daily Transaction Limits]
- Transfer: 1 million yen
- Term deposit/cancellation: 10 million yen each (less than 10 million yen per transaction)
*4 You must have a passbook-style fixed deposit. Cancellation is only possible with a general account. (Opening a passbook-style fixed deposit through the app is not currently supported.)
*5 Fingerprint and facial recognition registered on your smartphone is used.
