There is no easy way to contact a human directly by E-mail, by telephone or at a service counter. As a non-Japanese speaking customer, I find the whole experience and user interface unusually hard to navigate.

Please update the aplication, it is very helpful if i can read it in ENGLISH, I always use Chrome instead of aplication so I can read it in ENGLISH, ENGLISH please, please,please.
