The app was doing well until it suddenly crashed a month ago until now. i tried reinstalling the app, rebooting my phone, none of it worked. please fix this as soon as possible. my phone is POCO F6 Pro 一ヶ月になって、アプリはあけないんです。アプリを再インストールして携帯電話を再起動しようとしましたが、ダメです。早めに直してください。

I remember seven used to have a better app for checking your balance and transactions, with this app makes me feel the went back in the time machine 10 years ago. Not very clear and everything in Japanese without options to get the app in another language.

It doesn't serve much purpose other than displaying your balance, which is obscured by 1,000 words related to current exchange rates and adverts. It's so cluttered. If you want to actually do anything, it just redirects you to your browser - what's the point in the app?
