About this app

This is the official app provided by Shimada Kakegawa Shinkin Bank.
With this app, you can easily check your savings account balance and deposit / withdrawal details 24 hours a day, anywhere on your smartphone.
Also, by using the passbook-less function, you can switch from "paper passbook" to "passbook viewed with the app".

■ Customers who can use
This is for individual customers who have a savings account issued by Shimada Kakegawa Shinkin Bank's cash card. (No internet banking contract required.)
(Individual customers who do not have transactions with this safe can apply for the following function 5-1 account opening.)

■ How to use
After downloading this application, tap "Balance details" on the top screen, and enter your personal information such as the branch number, account number, Kana name, etc. of your savings account, cash card PIN, and email address on the registration screen. In addition, you can use it by setting the password used in this application.
In addition, this application can register up to 5 accounts if it is an account with the same name.
(The above procedure is not required when using the following function 5-1 application for opening an account.)

■ Function
[Function 1: Balance / deposit / withdrawal details inquiry function]
You can inquire the "deposit balance" and "deposit / withdrawal details" of the account registered in this application. The deposit / withdrawal details display the last 50 transactions from the past 62 days including the inquiry execution date.

[Function 2: Deposit / withdrawal notification function]
We will check the transaction details on the specified day of the week or after 15:00 on the day before the specified day, and notify the smartphone if there is a transaction from the time of the previous notification.

[Function 3: Push notification service function]
We will notify your smartphone of the notification service such as product information from our safe.

[Function 4: Passbook-less function]
For the account for which the passbook-less function is registered, the transactions for the past 10 years including the inquiry implementation date are displayed.
* Transactions that can be displayed are limited to transactions after the passbook-less contract implementation date.
・ It is possible to enter a memo of up to 20 characters for each transaction.
-You can narrow down transaction details by specifying conditions such as transaction period and amount.
-You can output the narrowed down transaction details to a CSV file.

[Function 5: Various application functions]
With this application, the following four applications can be processed without visiting the store.
1. Open an account
2. WEB banking new
3. WEB banking unlock
4. Change address / phone number

■ Available time
24 hours in principle, excluding the following regular maintenance hours.
[Regular maintenance]
・ Every day from 0:00 for 10 seconds
・ 20 minutes from 5 o'clock every day
・ Every Saturday from 22:00 to Sunday at 8:00
It may not be available due to regular or temporary maintenance. Please note.

■ Notes
・ The use of this application is free, but the communication fee for downloading and using the application will be borne by the customer.
-Take security measures such as installing security software to prevent your smartphone from being infected by computer viruses or malicious programs.
・ If you enter an incorrect input item a certain number of times in a row, you will not be able to use this service.
・ Accounts for which the passbook-less function has been registered will not be able to make transactions using the passbook at the counter or ATM.
・ If you wish to cancel your passbook-less registration, please visit the main branch office of the Bank where your account is open.
・ This app has a function to send notifications from the app by push notification in conjunction with the current location information even when you are not using the app.
You can choose not to use this function when you start this application for the first time.
Also, when using this function, it is possible to select a setting that consumes less battery (does not use GPS) at any time.
